Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the conditions of use for MomChat (“the App”). All users of the App are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Content

The App provides an AI chat service in a “motherly tone,” offering advice and support. Users can access normal chat, advice based on past history, and feedback features such as personality analysis, future predictions, and life story suggestions.

2. Conditions of Use

• The basic use of the App is free, but limited in number of chats.
• Additional use requires either watching rewarded ads or subscribing.
• Subscriptions are available as a monthly plan (¥980) or an annual plan (¥6,800).
• During subscription, up to 1000 chats per month and feedback functions are available.

3. Subscription

• Subscription purchase and payment are handled through the App Store.
• Cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted in principle.
• To cancel, disable auto-renewal from your App Store account settings.

4. Rewarded Ads

By watching video ads, users can gain additional chat opportunities. The display and rewards of ads are subject to change.

5. Prohibited Acts

• Acts that violate laws or public order
• Unauthorized access or interference with systems
• Infringing the rights of third parties
• Acts that disturb the operation of the App

6. Disclaimer

• The App does not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of the information provided.
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• The content of the service may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

7. Privacy

User personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms become effective upon being posted within the App. By continuing to use the App after revisions, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Local laws and regulations of the user’s country of residence may also apply.

10. Children’s Privacy

Users under the age of 13 must use the App only with parental consent, in accordance with applicable child protection laws (e.g., COPPA in the United States).
